(A dish I "created" for Hubby - it was quite yummy!)

Cooking Time: 75 min

Bake in a 375 degree oven, spoon refried beans on top with 10 minutes of cooking time left.

Ingredients
1/2 bag frozen hash brown potato shreds (lightly brown in skillet without fat)
1 large egg
1 tsp black pepper
2/3 cup salsa
1 pound raw lean ground beef
2 cups canned refried beans
2 cups canned yellow corn, drained


Instructions: Mix all ingredients except refried beans and place in dish. Spoon refried beans on top with 10 minutes left to go in cooking time. Add cheese after dipping.
