Wow - having a baby made the big Caterpillars seem older, but for some reason age "7" has always seemed so much older to me than "6" - like that's when a kid stops being a "little kid" and becomes a "big kid".
Today is CW's 7th birthday. We began with a special IHOP breakfast (just like B10), but CW asked if B10 and Hubby could come with us - so it was a family affair.
CW made a point of going into the closet and choosing GO's outfit to wear to his special breakfast!
At IHOP the Caterpillars each had funny face pancakes (actually, we all had some sort of pancake), while GO slept in her carseat. After CW finished his breakfast, the waitresses came out to sing to him and bring him ice cream (as big as his head!).
The boy Caterpillars spent the day with Cookie and Doc, before everyone came over to eat hamburgers and hot dogs. We had all the girl cousins and two of CW's closest friends (Prince and Princess) to eat with us.
Cookie had purchased the new Disney movie "Space Buddies" for all the kiddos to watch and they ate bowls of popcorn with their slices of cookie cake.
The only downside was that CW and B10 spent the night with Cookie (in order to play with their new Bionicles that Aunt CC and the Garden Girl Cousins got them) and CW woke up sick the next morning. He spent all day Sunday laying on Cookie's sofa trying to eat and drink and recover! It was very pitiful, but at least he enjoyed his birthday...

I am sorry we missed the party! It looks like you guys had a lot of fun! I am glad everyone got to come over. (and sorry CW got sick...hopefully, he is feeling much better now)
