B10 is at Chess Camp this week, and so CW is getting to spend special time with his Cookie.
He's been waiting for months to make his "mini-cakes", so today he took them over to Cookie's house to make 5 miniature cakes for the family.

He made sure to read the directions, and mixed his batter carefully. He had enough for five little tins of cake - B10, CW, Hubby, Myself, and the fifth was for Cookie and Doc to share. (Cookie graciously offered to let B10 and CW split it.)
While they were baking in the oven, he worked on his Geography.
Then it was decorating time! Cookie helped him pick out the toppings, but he did the work himself.
He was a bit tentative at first, before finding his rhythm. Can you guess which one he did last?
Mine was the special "girl" cake. Notice the pink hearts.
He loved licking the icing at the end - isn't that every baker's favorite part?

Looks like he had a great time, and the cakes look yummy.
Who is Cookie?
Cookie is my Mum and Doc is her husband. She has summers off, being a teacher, so she gets to spend the summer with her grandkids (the Caterpillars and Little Sheep). :)
Ah!!! The best part of being a teacher - - - SUMMER.
